SUNY Ulster rents Quimby Theatre, the dining hall, higher lounge, classrooms, sturdy facilities, and unrepealable other facilities for use by the polity (see images below).  Equipment (sound, lighting, audio/visual, etc.) and services (technical support, housekeeping, public safety, etc.) are moreover misogynist for a fee. Facilities Use Fee Schedule SUNY Ulster Facilities Use Policy Groups using higher facilities may be subject to charges for spare security, maintenance, and other personnel deemed necessary by the college. A document of insurance is required for outside organizations requesting use of a higher facility. Please submit your using for facilities use at least 21 days surpassing your event. Facilities Applications from June 30, 2018 through December 31, 2018 are currently stuff wonted and reviewed for availability. Applications submitted for events from January 1, 2019- May 31, 2019 will not be reviewed or reserved until October 1, 2018.
